What you share
For appointments and enquiries, the site collects your name, email address, phone number, selected service and location, appointment details and any notes you choose to add. Mobile visits also collect your address and postcode. Enquiries include your preferred date and time. Please keep sensitive health information out of the notes field.
How Roy uses it
Roy uses these details to review your enquiry, check travel arrangements, contact you, agree a quote and time, and manage your appointment. Enquiries, including out-of-hours requests, do not confirm or reserve an appointment. Your details are not added to a marketing mailing list by this website.
Your account
If you create an account, Supabase Auth manages your sign-in credentials. Roy’s dashboard does not display your password. Signed-in requests and bookings can appear in your account. A guest request or booking is not automatically linked to a later account simply because the email addresses match.
Where the information goes
The website runs on Netlify and stores appointment information in Supabase. The configured Supabase database is in London. Roy’s protected dashboard can display the information needed to manage your request. Other visitors cannot read your address or appointment details.
Cookies and abuse prevention
Sign-in uses essential authentication cookies. This site does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Submission limits use temporary, hashed email and network identifiers to reduce spam. Counter records older than two hours are removed when another submission is processed.
Photos and videos
Roy’s gallery displays haircut photos and videos selected for publication. New media uploaded through the workspace is stored privately until Roy publishes it and confirms permission to use it. If you appear in the gallery and want to discuss removal, contact Roy using the details below.
Keeping and updating your information
Request and appointment records stay in the booking database so Roy can manage the service and customer history. Automated deletion of appointment records is not currently configured. You can update your saved name and phone number in your account.
